Payment Options Please indicate your preferred payment option below. A credit card is required to complete the online Enrollment Application.
	Option 1: Full Tuition Payment I would like to make the full tuition payment on my credit card immediately upon submission.
	Option 2: Payment Plan I would like to make a deposit payment on my credit card immediately upon submission. The tuition balance will be charged to my credit card according to a payment schedule.

NOTE: Your enrollment is not valid until you have successfully completed the entire process and received a printable confirmation page and an e-mail confirmation.
